How do I get my refund?

To acquire a refund you simply need to tell us within the first 30 days of being a paying Plick customer that you are not happy with the product and would like a refund - you can do this by writing to us at support@plick.com.au

What happens then?

Once one of our Plick support team has qualified you for the refund the funds will be returned to the credit card that was used for payments within 7 business days. We will then delete your account from the system.
